
Healthy and tasty choco chip cookies

Ingredients for about 16 cookies:
- 1 cup oat flour.
- 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1/3 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 cup raw sugar.
- 1/3 cup plain soy milk.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1/2 ripe banana, chopped into small pieces.
- 1/3 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips.
Steps to prepare:
- First preheat the oven up to 350 degree.
- Mix oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in one bowl.
- Mix together oil, soy milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Add this wet mixture to dry ingredients, stir the two mixtures thoroughly.
- Add banana, walnuts and chocolate chips, to the mixture
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then the dough should be scooped onto pan with a small ice cream scoops.
- Bake them until the cookies turn golden brown, and turning the baking sheet halfway through, for 25 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
Enjoy the crunchy cookies just in 35 minutes.
