Healthy and tasty choco chip cookies

Ingredients for about 16 cookies:

  1. 1 cup oat flour.
  2. 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats.
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  4. 1/3 teaspoon baking soda.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. 1/2 cup raw sugar.
  7. 1/3 cup plain soy milk.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  9. 1/2 ripe banana, chopped into small pieces.
  10. 1/3 cup semisweet vegan chocolate chips.

Steps to prepare:

  1. First preheat the oven up to 350 degree.
  2. Mix oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in one bowl.
  3. Mix together oil, soy milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Add this wet mixture to dry ingredients, stir the two mixtures thoroughly.
  5. Add banana, walnuts and chocolate chips, to the mixture
  6. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Then the dough should be scooped onto pan with a small ice cream scoops.
  8. Bake them until the cookies turn golden brown, and turning the baking sheet halfway through, for 25 minutes.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.

Enjoy the crunchy cookies just in 35 minutes.
