Conditions for lasting sexual health

The conditions that help in maintaining a steady sexual desire are:

  1. Both the partners should be in reasonably good health, for which regular physical exercise and a nutritious diet are essential. In physical exercise, Kegel exercises, must be done – both by men and women, preferably twice a day, or at least once, in order to maintain steady sex life for late old age.

    Exercise done regularly is a must also because the circulation of blood (in-flow and out-flow) keeps the penile arteries free from any kind of deposits in them, mainly cholesterol, which is one fundamental cause of growth of impotency, even at an earlier age. Regular sex in itself is such a kind of exercise.

  2. Suitable sex education/knowledge.
  3. To have an interested and interesting partner by remaining sexually motivated throughout.
  4. Regular sex – with the same frequency.
  5. Positive attitude towards love and sex.
