Make a list of the ingredients for a week’s meals before heading to the grocery store. For instance, set aside a couple of hours on Sunday evening. Cook and prepare one or two meals. Store in fridge and let it freeze. When you get home late and tired, all you have to do is reheat the meals you already made instead of looking out for fast foods. It is fast and easy
Protein

Young men need protein for muscle building. It is important to eat meat such as chicken and pork. Eat fish at least two times a week. Do not forget to include plant-based proteins such as tofu, lentils and peanuts in your meal.
Healthy fats

Limit fries and be selective with the fat. Consume good fat sources such as olive oil, walnuts, almonds and avocado, which are healthy for the health
Calcium and vitamin D

Young men need 1,000 milligrams of calcium each day for bone and tooth health. In order to have healthy bones, food is your best source of calcium. Make sure to consume low-fat dairy products, such as milk or yogurt every day. Vitamin D is also good for bone health. If there is little to no fortified milk or fish in your diet, consider a supplement containing at least 600 IU.
Be aware of distractions
