My nephew is running fever with joint pain and eruptions all over body he is 4 year old what it can be?

This may be due to viral fever. The eruptions or rash is caused as body response to certain antigens or virus. The symptoms are relieved by time, and rash takes few more days to get cured. This needs evaluation by thorough examination by a physician. Sometimes blood investigations may found helpful.
