Hi. What is the age of your son? Usually under 2 year child have denotational complain associated with stomach problem as they put objects inside mouth very frequently. There are other causes for fever with stomach pain in children like food poisoning, indigestion, or gas,if the pain is localized than problem with appendix, liver or stomach.
