I am working as a receptionist in a star hotel, after my night duty everyday I am playing badminton with my friend is it good for health?

Playing any kind of sport is beneficial for health. However to reap maximum benefits from any exercise it is necessary that you eat well, stay well hydrated and take adequate rest. I would recommend that you take adequate sleep after your night duty and schedule your badminton timing somewhere in afternoon or after you wake up.
