My father has diabetes for last 15 years. Now i want to check his full body check up.so please suggest me which tests will i do?

You can carry out the following tests on your father: Haemogram, Urine routine, BSL (F & PP), HbA1c, Lipid profile, Sr urea and creatinine, liver function tests and ECG. If his age is above 60 years, you must also get an USG (abdomen & pelvis) done. You will also need to get an eye and foot check-up since long term diabetes often damages the peripheral vessels of circulation. If anything is abnormal is these baseline investigations, certain other tests can be suggested.
