Sir, I am 30 years old.i have made all my checkups for HIV, all reports are ok. I want consult for my lip and for my penis. I had a white tiny dots on my lips inner side and on the head of penis. white dots on penis are from last 3 years and on my lips they are from one month. i dont know how it happens. but sure it occured after intercourse with my wife, some oral sex. i had some neat alcohol on the previous day when white dots appear. kindly please let me know why are these dots are on my lips and penis.
