I am facing a problem of difficulty to start a task like studying, and it is affecting my student life badly. I procrastinate and having the need to have a lot of sleep, at first I think this is just a bad habit, but I discover this might be a medical concern, because I was not like this previously.

It is important to the know the reason behind your procrastination. Is it just the laziness, physical weakness, anxiety or something else. A detailed medical history will help to rule out any medical cause. It will also be helpful if you speak to a counselor to help you understand the reason behind your behaviour. At the same time make sure you take well balance diet, be physically active and take adequate rest.
