When you feel overwhelmed and have a million thoughts racing through your head, what are some ways to clear your head so you can think straight? Any ideas on this that have worked for you?

It is important to make your mind calm and relaxed whenever you feel such symptoms. To make your mind calm and relaxed is not a one day job. You have to practise yoga and meditation for about 30 min a day, which keep you healthy both mentally and physically. Go for breathing exercises whenever the symptoms aggravates for 5- 10 min. It will increase the blood supply to your brain helping it to work out better in the situation. Always think positive. Don't get frustrated during the attack. Take healthy diet and exercise regularly to be fit and fine.
