Can taking Tylenol help with depression?
- By Team TDO
Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Some research has shown it to be helpful in treating depression. However it is not prescribed for the same. Several safer antidepressants are available for medical use. Tylenol had the potential for addiction as well as several side effects including death. It is best restricted to occasional use with your physician's advice.
