How can I leave my cigarette smoking habit. I smoke almost 1 packet everyday but now I think I should leave the habit. How can I plan for it?

Following are some tips to help you quit smoking: Start gradually. Being with one less cigarette a day and as and when you feel comfortable reduce one more. Write down the reason why you want to quit smoking in bold and remember it every time you feel like giving it up. Keep yourself busy so that you are not constantly thinking about it. Keep nuts handy, munch on them whenever you get the urge. Remember just like developing a habit requires time, leaving a formed habit also requires time. So be patient.
