What can I do myself to help improve my urinary control?

You can make following changes in your routine to improve urinary control: Cut down on your fluid intake. Include more fiber rich foods to avoid constipation. Practice kegel exercise to improve tone of pelvic muscles. Try and void urine after every two hours. If you are on the overweight side, try and lose some weight. Avoid alcohol and caffeine rich drinks. If all these measures do not help than you will require medical intervention.
