Hello Doctor. I am 16 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes. While my blood sugar was completely under control with just diet and walk and oral medicine, the endocrinologist advised to stop the medicine. For past 3 days, fasting sugar in the morning comes between 80-90 but post lunch after one hour, the sugar has been 185, 166, 167 and after 2 hours it came as 87, 77, 107. Is there any cause of concern? The 3 days when the levels were found high after 1 hour, I was mostly sedentary/or had higher amount than normal. I have an appoitment with the endocrinologist only after 3 days. Is there anything you may wish to advise. Is it dangerously high? I am worried.

You need not worry, as all of your blood glucose levels are under control. Continue your routine with balanced diet, regular exercise and medication by doctor's consultation.
