Small white lumps on inner and outer vagina which is recently developed, I have been married for a number of years. I'm concerned as to what this could be. I can send an image as I'm too scared to go to doctor.

The white bumps or pimples are most of the times non contagious, non-life threatening and non-sexually transmitted diseases. The white lumps can be bartholin's cysts, blocked hair follicles, blocked sweat glands, genital herpes, genital warts, molluscum contagiosm, etc. For definite diagnosis and treatment local examination is necessary. Hence it is important that you consult a dermatologist.
