How can I improve sleep habit to cut migraine?

Following sleep habits can help you to prevent migraine: Fix your sleep time and try and stick to it. Try to take 7-9 hours of sleep on regular basis. Avoid going to bed if you are not sleepy. Avoid tea, coffee, smoking, alcoholic beverage or any other kind of stimulant before going to bed. Use your bed only for sex and sleep and avoid taking work to bed. Dip your feet in warm water half an hour before going to bed, it will help you to relax and fall asleep easily.
