Please explain about pelvic floor exercises?

Pelvic floor exercise is an exercise that helps you to improve tone of your pelvic muscles. When done repeatedly it helps to strengthen pelvic muscle and prevent stress incontinence in female and helps males to tackle premature ejaculation. The technique is to contract and relax the muscle that we used to voluntarily control or slower the flow of urination. The exercise can be done 3-4 times in a day.
